Dear Potential Vendor:

Thank you for taking the time to review the MWWA 100th Anniversary exhibitor and sponsor offerings. We are looking forward to once again being able to celebrate our association in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, in January of 2022. We hope that you will consider joining us for this special time in the groundwater industry. MWWA is the second oldest association in the country that focuses on providing groundwater. Now, more than ever, we look toward the future as a strong association, and welcome what the next century brings. As you consider joining us, please note the following:

  • Lunch on Monday is free for the booth representatives, and will start at 11:00 a.m.
  • Vendors can attend any and all classes for free! Booth representatives are welcome to join us at the banquet and/or the annual meeting; we just ask that you mark the registration form appropriately so we have an accurate count.
  • Exhibit hall bar comes out at 3:00 p.m.
  • Casino Night is still a hit and we would love to have you participate in the prize giveaway at the end of the night. If you could supply a gift for the prize table with a minimum value of $100, it would be appreciated.
  • If you wish to be included in the on-site program, your registration needs to be in by the end of the year, and if you wish to take advantage of early discount rates, please register by December 1, 2021.

MWWA has secured a limited block of rooms on a first serve basis at the Minneapolis Marriott Northwest at $117 per night (double room). These rates apply to the MWWA room block and are valid until the December 30, 2021 cutoff, unless our block has been filled before that date. Click here to make your hotel reservations online; if making your reservations by phone, be sure to mention you are attending the MWWA Convention to receive this group rate.
